WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING

- strengthen their new skills, check their new behaviours in a safe space, and choose what works best for them.
Sometimes our workshops and trainings take place as single meetings – they are then carried out as interventions.
Oftentimes however, we prepare and carry out long-term development cycles consisting of multiple sessions taking place every two to three months. Such programmes involve different aspects of leadership and teamwork. Even though we base such programmes on our experience, their final range and composition is always compliant with our client’s needs.

ACTION LEARNING
We only start learning when we admit that we don’t know something.
We carry out the Action Learning processes, so that our clients, using their own experiences can:
- Independently solve previously unsolvable problems
- Develop specific professional subjects, while creating a new standard of cooperation and communication at the same time
- Learn more than during any other training or workshop
What is action learning? It is a form of structuralised meetings, during which participants share their current and serious professional challenges, in return receiving various questions which are tailored to broaden their perspective and to allow them to look at their challenge in a creative, outside-of-the-box way, different from the standard procedure.
The setup of the meeting in itself guarantees a safe space for an honest conversation and sharing one’s thoughts. Most participants usually leave these meetings with a sense of relief about solved problems, and feeling that they resolved them independently.
