DIAGNOSTIC
Through their maturity and self-awareness levels, leaders create a limit to which the whole organization can grow.

We carry out diagnostic projects so that our customers can:

  • increase their self-awareness,
  • can get to know what can block their personal effectiveness
  • can learn where their biggest potential is hidden
  • can plan more effective growth plans
  • don’t lose their time and money on actions (eg. Workshops) that don’t answer their actual needs.

The diagnostic programmes for individuals are based on:

SPARRING
The sad truth of today’s leadership is loneliness.

Leaders want to make good decisions. They often say that their decisions are better when they can confront their thoughts with someone else. There are, however, topics that Leaders don’t want or can not discuss with their team. There are thoughts and decisions with which the Leader is alone.

We could be helpful when our client:

  • needsnNeutral support and discussion about leadership, team management, teamwork, crises
  • wants to secretly develop and discuss different possibilities of what should be done next
  • operates in a high-requirement conditions with limited resources.

We base sparring on our own many years’ experience in working in managerial positions in large business organizations.

Our knowledge comes from coaching and mentoring training but our credibility has its source in the fact that we ourselves went through:

  • managing our teams
  • making and resolving managerial mistakes
  • managing conflict situations
  • leading changes

YOU DON’T HAVE TO LEARN FROM YOUR OWN MISTAKES. LEARN FROM OURS.

MEDIATION
A conflict brings a lot of energy – it can be used to create instead of destroying.

We carry out mediations, so that our customers can:

  • find a way out of the conflict using their own resources
  • listen to the needs of the other side, and expand their own perspective to end any conflicts that have arisen, especially when they reach a stalemate
  • increase their skills in constructive reaction to conflicts
  • learn to acknowledge upcoming tensions and deescalate them in advance

We are qualified to be court-appointed mediators. However, we focus all our energy on ensuring that the conflict’s energy is captured before an escalation takes place. In that work, we use the ORSC tools and competences.
