  • Our experience in coaching work shows that thanks to LCP, the goals of coaching work can be defined much more accurately, and the work itself is later more substantial and deep.
  • If you are not a certified LC® practitioner and you feel that this tool can be useful in your work – let us know. In cooperation with you, we will carry out the assessment process, discuss the results with your client and provide support in defining the goal of coaching work. At this stage, our role will end. The rest of the coaching process and work with the client will remain in your hands.
